Digital Access Online automates, streamlines and increases the accuracy of lab submissions and gives the you free access to all of the graphic templates available at the lab. After a job is submitted you are able to check the status of the job on-line at any time and when completed, the software creates a report on the job. The easy-to-use software affords you complete control over your work. For instance, you can easily and quickly crop your work rather than leaving the decisions up to the lab or a formula and you can rotate the image and add text. A “re-order” feature directs the system to use the same color setting and even the same lab printer as the previous print used to assure that the modified photos will match the set. With a single data entry, it creates an unlimited number of packages, automates printing, composes multiple memory mates on the fly, allows extra team or other units to be added and automates plaque production. This program was created specifically for volume sports and event photography submissions to Desktop Digital Lab and it also provides free access to Desktop Digital Lab's extensive template library. It is an excellent way to queue digital print jobs efficiently, process them quickly and be assured of accurate, high quality results. For instance, if your Package C includes 5x7s, 4x5s, trading cards, memory mates and buttons, ordinarily you would have to queue that photo up five times, once for each product. The software takes care of all that; you just click on ' Package C ' and the software knows what to do.
