A heavy duty new dye sublimation printer capable of taking on the load of your
work. It produces an 8x10 print in just 40 seconds, delivers 200 sheets in a
single roll before reloading and is easily portable. The ASK 4000 uses highly
sensitive dye sublimation paper and ink ribbon and prints a protective layer
of over-coating on each print to ensure permanence. Incorporates Image Intelligency
Technology and Color Correction Profiles to assure quality images. Prints sizes
8"x10" and 8"x12". Works with PC only; no driver currently
available for the Macintosh. Includes one-year limited warranty, parts and labor

Dye Diffusion Thermal
Transfer printing ink ribbon coated with dye is heated by a thermal head and
the dye is transferred onto special coated paper, forming visible images. Density
and gradation of the print can be controlled by varying the input energy of
the thermal head. The resulting rich gradation creates beautiful, natural looking
prints resembling traditional photographs. protective layer of over-coating
ensures the quality of the images is preserved.
