The Epson Wide Format printers: 10600, 9600, and 7600 comes with a normal tension spindle for holding and feeding the paper stock into the printer. This high tension spindle is for use with certain media types that require higher tension suck as:

- Epson Premimum Luster Photo Paper
- Epson Synthetic Paper
- Epson Adhesive Synthetic Paper.

For use with the Epson 10600; 9600; 7600. It can be adjusted to accomodate both 2" and 3" core media.
